A SaaS development company that runs SaaS of its own

AppVerse is a SaaS development company that designs, builds and runs multi-tenant products with AI inside them. We operate SaaS of our own, so we build for the second year of your product, not just launch day.

01

SaaS product development services, end to end

Our SaaS product development services take you from a scoped idea to a product customers pay for. We start with the jobs your users need done and the roles inside each customer account, then design the data model, onboarding and admin console around them. The build covers the web front end, APIs, background jobs, payments and the internal tools your team needs to support customers.

Because we build and operate SaaS ourselves, our SaaS development services plan for what happens after launch: usage analytics, feature flags, migrations without downtime and support tooling. These are the parts that decide whether a product is pleasant or painful to run in its second year.

  • Product discovery, user roles and plan design
  • Multi-tenant auth, billing and subscription management
  • Admin consoles and customer support tooling
  • SEO, Core Web Vitals and fast marketing pages
  • QA, load testing and automated release pipelines
02

Custom web application development

Not every product is a SaaS. We also provide custom web application development services for internal tools, customer portals, e-commerce and operations dashboards. We use Next.js and React on the front end, NestJS or FastAPI on the back end, and PostgreSQL and Redis for data, because they are mature, well documented and easy to hire for later.

Every app is built to be handed over: typed code, tests on the paths that matter, infrastructure as code and a short runbook. Your own engineers, or a future partner, can pick it up without starting from scratch or calling us for every change.

03

AI SaaS development: copilots and agents inside your product

As an AI SaaS development company, we add AI where it removes work for your users. That might be a copilot that drafts, summarizes or answers questions from a customer's own data, or an agent that completes multi-step tasks across your product and the tools it connects to, with human approval where decisions matter.

AI inside a multi-tenant product needs extra care. Retrieval must respect tenant boundaries and user permissions, so one customer's data never shapes another customer's answers. We add evaluation suites that run before every release, tracing for each model call, and per-tenant usage limits so heavy users don't erase your margins. Our M361 AI Writing Studio shows transparent per-article AI cost for exactly this reason.

  • Copilots grounded in each customer's own data
  • Agents with approvals before irreversible actions
  • Tenant-aware retrieval with pgvector or Qdrant
  • Per-tenant AI usage limits and cost reporting
04

SaaS architecture: multi-tenancy, billing and security

Architecture choices made in the first month are the hardest to change later. We pick a tenancy model that fits your customers, from shared tables with row-level isolation to separate databases for enterprise accounts, and plan how data moves between tiers as you grow. Billing is wired to plans, seats and usage through Stripe or Razorpay, with webhooks, proration and failed-payment recovery handled from the start.

Security is designed in: single sign-on, role-based access, audit trails, encryption, secrets management and dependency scanning. We build to support your SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audits with the logs, access controls and documentation auditors ask for, and we deploy in the cloud region your customers require.

  • Tenant isolation at the database and retrieval layers
  • Plans, seats and usage-based billing
  • SSO, role-based access and audit logs
  • Infrastructure as code with staged environments

SaaS we built and run

M361 SEO intelligence tracks Google and YouTube rankings daily, with trends, streaks and achievements that keep marketing teams moving. The M361 AI Writing Studio turns a brief into a draft blog post in a brand's voice, with a live brief-quality score and transparent per-article AI cost.

iSales is an AI-powered sales CRM for high-volume admissions teams, with role-based dashboards from counselor to CEO, automated lead allocation, a role-aware AI copilot and masked calling. Convoly automates Instagram comment and DM replies on the official Instagram API, sending links and capturing leads. Running these products ourselves is where our habits around billing, queues, monitoring and support come from.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you build SaaS from scratch or work on existing products?

Both. For new products we handle discovery, architecture, design and the build through launch. For existing products we start with a short code and architecture review, then add features, fix scaling or tenancy problems, or add AI copilots and agents. Either way, the same senior team scopes, builds and runs the work, and you see progress in weekly demos.

How do you price a SaaS build?

Pricing is fixed per milestone and agreed before work starts. After a free 20-minute scoping call, we write a scope, split it into milestones such as architecture and design, a first working version and launch, and price each one. You only commit to the next milestone when you have seen the last one working.

Can you add an AI copilot to our existing SaaS product?

Yes. We connect a copilot or agent to your product's data and APIs, make sure retrieval respects tenant boundaries and user permissions, and add evaluations, tracing and usage limits before it reaches customers. A fixed-scope AI pilot is a good way to prove one feature with real users before rolling it out more widely.

Which tech stack does your SaaS development company use?

Our default is Next.js and React on the front end, NestJS or FastAPI on the back end, PostgreSQL and Redis for data, and Stripe or Razorpay for billing, deployed on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. We adapt to your existing stack when it makes sense, and we keep AI providers swappable behind your own API.

Will our product be ready for SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

We build to support your SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audits: access controls, audit trails, encryption, change management through code review, and documentation of how the system works. Certification is something your company earns through an independent auditor. Our part is engineering and paperwork that make the audit faster and less painful.

Who owns the code and our customers' data?

You do. You own 100% of the code and IP. Code lives in your repositories, the product runs in your cloud account, and customer data stays in the region you choose. If you later build an in-house team, they inherit a documented codebase rather than a dependency on us.
