iSales — AI-powered sales CRM
A CRM built for high-volume admissions teams, with role-based dashboards for every seat from counsellor to CEO.
A senior AI engineer, full-stack engineer and product manager from our Gurugram studio, embedded with your team and working your hours. Monthly retainer, weekly demos, and you own every line of code.

The engineers who scope your work are the same people who build and run it.
Daily overlap with your team's working hours for calls, reviews and decisions.
Scale the pod up or down month to month as your roadmap changes.
Every pod starts with three roles: an AI engineer, a full-stack engineer and a product manager. The AI engineer designs agents, retrieval pipelines and evaluations. The full-stack engineer builds the product around them: APIs, dashboards, integrations and the interfaces your users touch. The product manager runs the backlog, ties priorities to business outcomes and makes sure each week ends with something you can see working.
Because the same senior people scope, build and run the work, nothing gets lost in a handoff between a sales team and a delivery team. From day one, the pod joins your channels, works in your repositories and ships to your cloud, so the work is visible to you at every step.
If your gap is narrow, such as adding a copilot to an existing product or grounding a chatbot in your documents, the work is mostly generative AI engineering: retrieval, prompts, guardrails and evaluation. Your own engineers may already cover the product side, and we size the pod around the AI work you actually need.
If you need a feature taken from idea to production, with UI, backend, integrations and someone owning the roadmap, a full pod is the better fit. It removes the cost of coordinating separate contractors who each see only part of the system. We help you decide on the scoping call, and the shape can change month to month as the work changes.
You can also start smaller. A fixed-price AI Pilot proves one workflow on your real data first, then a pod picks it up once the value is clear. The pilot's evaluation report and roadmap become the pod's first backlog, so no work is thrown away and the same people carry it forward.
There is no recruiting cycle and no stack of CVs to screen. You book a free 20-minute scoping call and walk us through your product, systems and constraints; we sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive. We then come back with a proposed pod, the first month's goals and the monthly fee, all agreed in writing before work starts.
Once you approve, the pod joins your chat channels, gets access to your repositories and cloud, and starts on the first month's goals. You see working software at the first weekly demo and every week after that, along with a short report on progress, risks and the decisions we need from you.
We are based in Gurugram, India, and work with companies worldwide remotely. The usual worries with an offshore dedicated development team are time zones, security and ownership, so we settle each one up front. Every pod has a daily overlap with your working hours, and we fix that window with you at kickoff so calls and reviews always land inside your day.
On security, code lives in your repositories and systems run in your cloud, with access controls and audit trails. On ownership, you own 100% of the code and IP, and all IP transfers to you. We document access and data handling so your security reviewers can check it, and our practices are built to support your audits.
A pod runs on a monthly retainer. The fee depends on the roles in the pod and how much time each one commits, and it is agreed in writing before work starts. Weekly demos, reporting and product management are part of the pod, not add-ons billed separately, so the monthly figure is the number you plan around.
You can scale up or down monthly. Add an engineer ahead of a launch or a heavy integration, or step back to a smaller pod once a product is stable and mostly needs running. Cloud hosting runs in your own account, so you see those costs directly, and we help keep them in check with routing, caching and budgets.

It starts once the proposal is agreed. After the free 20-minute scoping call, we put the pod roles, first-month goals and monthly fee in writing. When you approve, the pod joins your channels and repositories and works toward the first weekly demo. The exact start date depends on how quickly access is set up on your side and on our schedule, and we confirm it in the proposal.
Our studio is in Gurugram, India, and every pod works remotely. Each engagement includes a daily overlap with your working hours for calls, reviews and decisions. Wherever you are, we agree the overlap window with you at kickoff.
You do, 100%. Code lives in your repositories, systems run in your cloud, and all IP transfers to you. If you end the engagement, you keep everything, along with the runbooks and documentation the pod produced, so your own team or another vendor can carry the work on without starting over.
Yes, monthly. Add an engineer ahead of a launch or a heavy integration, or reduce the pod once a product is stable and mostly needs running. Changes are agreed in advance for the next month, so you keep a predictable fee and we can plan who works on your product.
Each week the pod shows working software, not slides: what shipped, what changed and what is next. Reporting covers progress against the month's goals, open risks and the decisions we need from you. For AI features, we also share evaluation results, so you can see accuracy, safety and regressions before anything is released.
Yes. Pods work with in-house teams in your repositories, following your code review and release process. We also integrate with the systems you already run, such as CRMs, ERPs, databases, telephony and messaging, rather than replacing them. Your engineers can review every change the pod makes.
