Terms of use
Last updated October 2026
These terms govern your use of https://www.appverse.in (the “Site”), which is operated by AppVerse (“AppVerse”, “we”, “us”), 126, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015, India. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to the Site only. Our services are provided under a separate written agreement or statement of work, as explained below.
1. About the Site and our services
The Site describes the AI, software, cloud and marketing services we offer and lets you contact us. Content is provided for general information, may be out of date, and can change without notice. Descriptions of services, timelines, technologies, example code, sample outcomes and illustrations are indicative and are not a promise of any particular result.
2. No contract until a signed agreement
Nothing on the Site, in an enquiry reply, in a proposal or in a call creates a contract or a duty to provide services. Project work starts only when both parties sign an agreement or statement of work that sets out scope, fees, timelines, acceptance, confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership and liability. If those terms conflict with these terms, the signed agreement prevails for the services it covers.
3. Enquiries and information you send us
- Information you submit must be accurate, and you must have the right to share it.
- Please do not include confidential, personal, health, financial-account or other sensitive data in an enquiry form. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details of your business or systems.
- You allow us to use what you submit to respond to you, assess your request and keep a record of our dealings, as described in the Privacy policy.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not treat enquiry-form content as confidential, and we do not take ownership of your ideas.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site unlawfully, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
- submit false, misleading, malicious or spam content, or use bots or automated means to fill our forms;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site, bypass its security or rate limits, or interfere with its operation or other users;
- scrape, copy at scale, reverse-engineer or republish the Site or its content, other than as allowed by law or by these terms;
- introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems.
We may block access, remove submissions or take other reasonable steps if we believe these rules are being broken.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, layout, graphics, illustrations, video, code and the AppVerse name and logo, is owned by or licensed to AppVerse and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, and print or quote short extracts for personal or internal business use with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks (including those of AI model providers, cloud platforms, frameworks and tools) belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to identify technologies we work with. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership unless we say so expressly.
6. Case studies and screenshots
Work shown on the Site is presented for illustration. Screenshots may be simplified, edited or anonymised and may show data that is sample or placeholder data. Product names remain the property of their owners. If you are a client or user shown on the Site and want something changed or removed, email hello@appverse.in and we will review it promptly.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services (for example social networks, scheduling tools and analytics). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, compliance or other professional advice. References to security, privacy or regulatory frameworks describe how we engineer our work and do not mean that a product is certified or compliant with any standard.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppVerse and its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site is limited to INR 10,000 (or the equivalent in your currency). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability for services is governed solely by the signed agreement for those services.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AppVerse harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy

12. Changes and availability
We may change the Site, or suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. General
- Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and AppVerse about the Site.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor to our business.
- Consumer rights. If mandatory consumer or local laws in your country give you rights that cannot be waived, these terms do not limit them.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
