iSales — AI-powered sales CRM
A CRM built for high-volume admissions teams, with role-based dashboards for every seat from counsellor to CEO.
We are an AI engineering studio in Gurugram, India, serving Saudi companies remotely. We build generative AI products, SaaS platforms and AI features for KSA teams, planned around your Sunday-to-Thursday week.

Overlap hours set around your Sunday to Thursday week, agreed before work starts.
In-Kingdom hosting options, access controls and audit trails to support your reviews.
Multi-tenant SaaS with local payment options such as mada, STC Pay, Tabby and Tamara.
AppVerse has no office or legal entity in Saudi Arabia. We are based in Gurugram, India, and work with Saudi teams remotely. Saudi Arabia is 2.5 hours behind India, so your mornings and early afternoons fall inside our working day. Because your week runs Sunday to Thursday, we agree the overlap hours, including how Sundays are covered, in the proposal before any work starts.
We can invoice in SAR or USD by agreement. Scope, price and timeline are fixed in writing first, the same senior people stay with you from scoping to support, and you own 100% of the code and IP. Arabic interfaces and AI responses are reviewed with your Arabic-speaking team before anything goes live.
Generative AI work often starts with knowledge that is hard to reach: policies, contracts, product documents and years of email. We build assistants that search those sources, answer in Arabic or English and cite where each answer came from, so staff can check it. Other common starting points are drafting copilots for proposals and reports, and support assistants that draft replies from your knowledge base.
Every assistant ships with guardrails, an evaluation suite and cost controls. We benchmark models on your use case, including open-weight models that can run in your own environment where hosting rules call for it, and design the system so you can switch providers later. Vision 2030 has made digital services and AI a priority for many Saudi organizations; our role is simply to build and run the software well.
For Saudi startups, we build multi-tenant SaaS platforms and AI-native MVPs with one senior team, from product design to launch. That covers tenant-aware auth and billing, admin consoles, analytics and the AI features at the core of the product. Products we built and run in production include iSales, an AI-powered sales CRM, and M361, an SEO intelligence and AI writing platform.
Payments are often where a Saudi launch gets specific. We integrate the gateways and methods your customers expect; options commonly used in the Kingdom include mada cards, STC Pay, Checkout.com, and buy-now-pay-later providers such as Tabby and Tamara. We choose based on your business model and the providers you hold accounts with, and test every flow end to end.
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) governs how personal data is collected, used and stored, and it is overseen by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). The law includes rules on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom, which matters for AI systems that send data to models or services hosted abroad. Your legal team decides how it applies; we design the architecture to match.
Several major cloud providers offer regions inside the Kingdom, though the AI services available differ by provider and region. During scoping we check what your use case needs, then deploy in your own cloud account, in-Kingdom where required, with access controls, audit trails and tracing of every model call. Where a hosted model isn't an option, open-weight models can run in your environment.
If you are still deciding where AI fits, we start with a practical conversation rather than a long report. On a free 20-minute call, we look at your workflows in sales, support, operations, HR or finance and pick the one where AI is most likely to pay off. That becomes a fixed-price AI Pilot on your real data, with success metrics agreed up front.
The pilot ends with an evaluation report and a go/no-go recommendation. If it's a go, the same team takes it into production through a milestone-based Product Build or a Dedicated AI Pod on a monthly retainer. If it's not, you have learned that for the cost of one focused pilot rather than a full build.
Free, 20 minutes, by video, phone or WhatsApp. NDA signed before you share anything.
We confirm where data must live, which services are available in-Kingdom and what your team needs to review.

No. AppVerse is based in Gurugram, India, and serves Saudi clients remotely. We agree scope and price in writing before work starts and can invoice in SAR or USD by agreement. Meetings happen by video, phone or WhatsApp, with overlap hours planned around your Sunday to Thursday working week.
We plan it in the proposal. Saudi Arabia is 2.5 hours behind India, so your mornings and early afternoons overlap with our working day. For Sundays, we agree in advance how calls, reviews and urgent fixes are covered, so your team isn't waiting until Monday for a decision or an answer.
Usually, yes. Several major cloud providers offer in-Kingdom regions, and we deploy in your own cloud account. Some AI services aren't available in every region, so we check your use case during scoping. Where data can't leave the Kingdom and a hosted model isn't available locally, open-weight models can run in your own environment.
Compliance is a judgment about your whole organization, so we don't claim it on your behalf. What we do is design for the PDPL from the start: in-Kingdom hosting where needed, data minimization, access controls, audit trails and clear records of how personal data moves through the system. All of it is built to support your audits and your legal team's review.
Yes. We build Arabic and English interfaces, including right-to-left layouts, and conversational AI that answers in either language. Model quality in Arabic varies by task, so we benchmark candidate models on your real questions and review output with your Arabic-speaking staff before launch, then keep those tests running after it.
We integrate whichever providers fit your business and are available to you. Options commonly used in Saudi Arabia include mada cards, STC Pay, Checkout.com, and buy-now-pay-later services such as Tabby and Tamara. We are not partners of these providers; we build and test the integration in your own accounts.
